In an effort to diversify and expand the company’s operations, six principals have been named to support Stephen Overcash, Managing Principal, in the growth of ODA Architecture commercial studio operations.
In January 2020, Stephen Overcash became the sole proprietor of ODA Architecture as his partner of 30+ years, Tim Demmitt, retired. “As an entrepreneur for over 35 years, I’ve never wanted to operate as a sole proprietorship, and I am pleased to expand the ownership team to a group of talented professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit,” remarks Stephen Overcash. “These partners possess the drive, creative skills, and talent to accelerate growth for the company with broadened responsibility and leadership throughout the organization.”
ODA Architecture will continue to build on its strengths with an expanded foundation to plan for growth in the coming decades. 2021 is off to a great start as commercial development is being revitalized, and projects that were put on hold due to the pandemic are moving forward. Continued growth is anticipated in the coming year.
